Your login information can be found on your latest Preim service charge invoice / welcome pack (for residents), or sales pack letter (for solicitors of property transfers).

Forgotten passwords can be recovered by emailing at helpdesk@preim.co.uk quoting your name, address and username. We aim to respond to you the same working day or the next working day if you contact us out of hours.
